Our program is designed for all individuals regardless of age or fitness level. Our carefully programed fitness movements can be scaled down to the very basics. By varying the load and intensity, we start you at a level appropriate to your fitness and experience. With commitment and hard work you will become more fit and become more athletic. We emphasize proper technique of all fundamental functional movements. The stimulus we provide is always varied and the workouts are ever-changing producing very dramatic results. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work.
We define fitness as increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. Capacity is the ability to do real work, which is measurable using the basic terms of physics (force, distance, and time). Life is unpredictable (much more so than sport) so real world fitness must be broad and not specialized, both in terms of duration and type of effort (time and modal domains).
